At our office meeting yesterday our broker/manager handed out awards for the top 10 agents in the office, as well as some more light-hearted awards. I was surprised at this:

I hung it in my office and am glad no one asked me to model it. ;)

Apparently, your boss-type person has not hear of the epidemic of sexual harassment/hostile environment law suits. As a lawyer, his/her ignorance makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. :thumb:

Will you model it?

There you go, Rich - a chance at the first frivolous lawsuit of the year. :)

That's the new fad for tandem riders. It's for your captain to wear over his shorts. As the stoker you pull on the left string if he is too slow, on the right if he goes too fast, and on both if he didn't warn you of a pothole or bump.

Although Chris might be :notamused: and get :twitchy: by such actions.

Actually, I didn't feel harassed as much as disappointed that I didn't make Top 10 for the year.

OTOH, I appreciate the humor...at least my office "gets" me.

I think it is by general consensus around these parts that we all know you have a set of "big ones"...even if it is only symbolic!
