I was impressed when I saw this. Not your typical folding bike, but it looks like an awesome item for parents.

Funny, I saw one of these for the first time just yesterday. I snapped a pic:

Looks similiar to a Zigo bike/stroller (what do you call these things?), which apparently can also be converted into a regular(small wheeled) bike.

Very cool, although the website is broken to the point where I can't find out any more information on the product.

IMHO, the Taga is by far a superior design. The Zigo requires you to detach the bicycle end of the whole package and convert just the front into the stroller. What do you do with the bike part of it? Lock it up outside? I didn't see a demo of how the Tago "converts", but I think you have to first remove the seat/carrier, lower the seat, then lift the handle attached to the rear fender in an arc until the single wheel becomes the front. You then re-attach the seat/carrier.

Ride to your destination, be it the mall, festival, or train; convert; go about your business pushing your stroller around, which affords you much more leeway in public places than a bicycle would (speaking from first hand experience).

Hi,
The Zigo Leader x2 is a Carrier Bicycle that can easily be converted to either a Bicycle or a stroller. The idea is, pedal to your destination pop the bicycle off, lock it up and use the pod as a stroller. It's really nice, because you will not wake the child when you convert it! Very important when they are sleeping! It coverts in a minute or less. Check out our web site for videos on how to couple the X2.
