I stepped into the chat room for the first time last night. Nothing like a bit of idle banter to pass the time eh?

I was wondering if there was some way to let other members online know when something is going on in the chat room? Something like the message box that pops up when you get a PM would be good. The first member into the chat room could send it out somehow. It would be more reliable, and create less clutter on the server than trying to let people know through a thread in the forums.

Can it be done?

Basicly, yes, this will soon be posible, i have been working on it on and off for the last month. Sometime down the road, you will see current members logged onto the forum, and the topic of conversation listed on the main index page.
