Last trainer gave out on me, so it was time to get a new one. Went with a fluid resistance unit this time.
To all the workout DVD's in my collection, get ready, here I come.

I just picked up a used fluid trainer off of craigs list to replace my dead resitance, lol

Ahhh yes, let the pain, and sweating begin. For some sick reason I actually enjoy the workout I get from one of these things. The DVD's certainly help pass the time. :thumb:

I was actually just going to get another magnetic unit, but the lack of noise sold me on this one. Plus it can be adjusted to where it's almost level with the floor, so no front riser block will be required. Unless of course I want to fake going up some hills. :lol:
