i also recommend ativan plus orange juice...or perhaps a nice dilaudid with apple juice!

Tylenol PM really only works if you take them before bed, then lay down and actually try to go to sleep. If you stay active for too long after taking them, they don't seem to have much effect. At least that has been my experience.
