Got a Flight Deck 6500 for my sons bike, :)
unfortunately it was the kind that has the little stick on buttons, right side only. :(
Does anyone know what harness I need to look for ?
It would be for 9 speed/triple shimano 105 groupo...
Thanks in advance :)

No. That will not work. Those are only for the Nexave group. What shifters do you have? Are they FD-compatible? Do they have little buttons on the hoods? Also check on the inside under the hood grip and there should be a small removable cover where the interface mounts go.

You will need either the SM-6501 (wireless) or SM-6500-RS (wired).

Look at the brake hoods on your son's bike. If the right brake hood has two little buttons on it, you need SM-6500. If each brake hood has just one button, you need SM-6500RS.

Yes they are FD compatable, exactly like my Bianchi and I have the FD on my bike, (Shimano 105 FD STI) buttons on the right, no buttons on the left but it does have the electronc thingio.
My FD on my Bianchi has the same set up with wires going to both sides but buttones only on the right.
