I started training on my minoura rollers + fork stand + resistance unit after a couple years off my bike. The problem is, I don't know what the most realistic resistance settings are because I can't ride my bike on the road. (due to damage to the bike from a traffic collision)
I was wondering if someone could tell me what the most realistic resistance settings are at 20/25/30 mph on a flat road? I don't have the $ to buy a new fork and front wheel for a while (unemployed). My guess is first notch for 20mph, 2nd notch for 30mph, and somewhere in between for 25mph... It's been so long that I don't remember how it feels to go at those speeds on an actual road.
I checked their website, but no there's no power-speed-resistance chart for this unit.
