I made a quick video of my time spent on the trainer. I obviously have some work to do, but moving the camera around during my "spinning" time really helps the time go by. Check it out here. (http://surlyrider.wordpress.com/2010/01/12/train-to-nowhere/)

I actually don't hate my trainer; but I should take video when my rollers get here. That could be entertaining. :lol:

I've come to love my trainer. I set up a tv and DVD player in front of it. It's the only time I can watch some of my favorite movies (my wife hates them).
