I'm currently running a DA chain on my tandem. I'm liking the master pin idea especially as I need to use more than one chain for my drive line. I may switch to Ultegra since they are a bit less expensive. Does the Ultegra 9 speed chain take the same master pin or is it specific to the HG-93?
BTW, my tandem with hyperglide chainrings and a 11-34 Deore cassette is shifting much better with the Shimano chain than with the previous SRAM.
