today's lunch:

grilled chicken livers, wrapped in bacon with a tasting of '06 Dancing Bull cab and dredged in Sriracha (*much* better than just hot sauce):

If I liked chicken livers OR Sriracha sauce, I might actually like that. But I don't. :(

Nuthin' wrong with chicken livers. I prefer mine breaded and deep fried.

I like bacon-wrapped chicken at the Brasilian steakhouse I frequent. I've never been a big fan of livers, though
