Hello Everyone. I got a fabulous drivetrain set up recently there is just one issue. while I was told the BB spindle was 112 and 'campi' (JIS) taper the seller was not sure about one thing. does this crankset use a symetrical or asymetrical spindle?
the drive train is the Rigina 1992 cranks, shifters and derailleurs. anyone have experience with them?
Thanks BG

I don't, but I would guess that they're intended to mount on a Campy BB (unless Ofmega made BBs).
If that's true, I don't believe Campy had an asymmetrical BB in 1992. (My 92 catalog is offline at the moment; I can post an update when it comes back.)
Pretty crank, btw.
I couldn't think why an early 90's Italian square tapered crank would not have anything but an ISO taper spec to it. Hghly unlikely it's JIS.

Okay, the 92 catalog lists Record, Chorus, Athena BBs, both cartridge and cup/cone - all symmetrical and all 111mm. The next earlier catalog I have is 1987.
If it used a Regina BB, then this info is useless to you ...
