Hi All, Just found out the burke gilman trail is closed from about NE 155th-NE 142nd (Lake Foreset Park area) due to a mud slide. Paper say's that area will be closed through the weekend. I would like to ride the trail as far as possible so i am wondering if anybody can help me with directions with where to get off and where to get back on. When i look at a map, i don't really see a direct route. Wondering if anybody that rides the trail daily can help. Thanks.

Why don't you try this:

You'll have to go on some of the small roads off of the Burke Gilman, and then a little on Rt-522. The small roads are pretty quiet and bike friendly. You could also take Rt-522 from a little further south, but it's a little busier. It's all what you're comfortable with.
Have fun!

There's a side road right next to the trail that detours around the landslide. I was there today and it's a pretty easy go-around.
