I have a road bike to which I have installed a set of Profile design aero bars. Is it possible to add a TT brake level to the end of on of the bars and have it actuate my rear bake caliper?

Hi these are "clipon" bars? it might be possible but it maybe be quite convaluted cable routing.

but that requires the fancy J-tek brake lever and cable splitting thing.
I think it could be done pretty easily using non-aero brake levers, looping up and over to an interrupter lever mounted on the end of the aero-bars.

That is actually great. I mean i don't intend to change gears while on my clip-ons, but I was thinking what if I but an "aero" brake lever and installed it on the end of the clip ons. I mean, I am even thinking that with 2 of the special part shown in this tutorial, you can have the rear bake and gears actuated from the aero bars? .. maybe not because of the indexing correct?

The splitter is fine for the brakes but wouldnt have the precision necessary for providing optional gear shifting positions. You would have to use electronic shifting to be able to do that.
