Another chance for me to mug for the camera.... this is my new cycling jacket, from J & G Cyclewear. Made in USA, competitively priced, and three days from Oregon to PA.

And the photos, from along French Creek a couple of months ago.

I've got some shorts from JG. Good stuff for riding my hybrid.

I recommend getting smaller, Peter. :-)

I'll let you try on the jacket when you come out here, if you like.

Historian,
Do you have an address for the company that carries the jacket?

Great looking jacket! Have you tried any of the breathable fabric jackets? I'm wondering if there's really a discernable difference. I sweat like a fiend, so any help I'd get wicking away moisture would be much appreciated!

The jacket runs to a 4x, which will fit a 60 inch chest, and they have jerseys that will fit a 56. Prices are reasonable, service is great, and everything is made in the US. The only thing they don't carry are bib shorts.

No, I haven't. But the one I'm wearing in the photos seems to have some 'breathability.' It also has zippers in the armpits.

You haven't gotten any better looking have you? Vents in the armpits are great, I have one of those Gore Tex ECR jackets and I still need the vents.

Nice jacket Neil, now you just have to remember to bring it to next year's Running of the Goats.

Yes, I should. I wish I had packed cold weather gear. I think I ruined that ride for everyone.
