Hello Tacomites,
I am planning a loop of Seattle-Tacoma-Vashon, and have most of it planned out except for the path from the end of the Interurban Trail, in Pacific, to the Tacoma-Vashon Ferry near Point Defiance.
I think I have most of it figured out, except for crossing over into Tacoma proper. Is this bridge- the Murray Morgan- still open for cyclists? Are there still off-ramps on the other side of the bridge? It'd be ideal to be able to cross into the city at this point, instead of going south to 509 where I fear it may be a bit busier.
