Anyone have, know of a used or new TCR composite at a great price? Please email me if you do! :)

G'day,

why have you limited your purchase to the TCR?

cheers,

Hitchy

I want a carbon bike and have a friend that has one. He's a very experienced rider and recommends it highly. Plus it's well priced compared to other similar bikes.

g'day,

fair enough....shop around though, there are plenty of similarly priced & specced conmposite bikes to be had, that are equally as good as the TCR series. Must admit, I'm not a fan of 'em myself. They are very good value for money, infact extraordinarily cheap (in Oz anyway). Try to spec it as high as you can afford, it will pay off in the long run. In Oz, the one (not sure of the actual designation) with Ultegra & Shimano 540 (i think) wheels can be had for as little as $2.4KAUD, (around $1.7 USD), although your market is more competitive than ours so you should be able to do much better than that on price,

cheers,

Hitchy

Thanks for the info. I wish I could find a one for 1700. The cheapest I could find is a 2 for 1800.

Great choice on a bike. My previous bike was an 03 TCR 1. I loved that bike. I used a lot of the same geometry on the new frame I had built.

Hitchy,
Did a TCR kick your ass or something, lay off them.

Thank ya s2000raj!

Believe it or not 90% of the measurements of my bike were borrowed from the TCR that I rode the past year.
