Bicycle Mechanics - Steering Issue

ok this sounds odd but will try my best.

with all ice and snow skidded off and had bit hard hit on ground. i checked over everything on bike and its all fine however....

when ever im riding it feel like the hedset wants to turn to the right. I can actually feel the bike trying to turn and have had to compensate to keep it doing straight. when taking my hands off to see it it will do it, the bike turns immediatly

no idea what it could be, ive tighted and checked everthing in headset. even lined up my handles slighty to the left to test if wasnt lined up proper with wheel with same effect

hope made sense and any help would be awesome

Check to see if you tweaked the fork.

Either the front wheel is on crooked or it's not dished right.

has the front wheel moved in the drop-outs?

I'm thinking that the fork is tweaked out of alignment as well. Likely it's holding the front wheel at an angle in the vertical or over to one side. Either that or the rear stays could be doing the same thing. Which end hit the ground the hardest?

however i dont have a clue what you mean about drop outs? sorry bit of a tech noob lol. It was the front end it impacted on. Ive had the wheel straightened ( was only minor kink)

drop-outs are the slots that the axels slide into

While you're at it, try this:
flip the bike upside down, and point the front wheel straight forward. Judge by the wheel/frame, not the bar. Now hunker down a couple of yards/meters away from the bike and look along the wheels. Do they track as they should?
On a healthy bike the wheels should align "perfectly", and have the rims in the same plane.(that is, if you ran one piece of string between the top part of the wheels and another between the bottom parts of the wheels both pieces of string should come out parallell.) If they don't, something is wrong.

Your local bike shop should have a fork alignment tool if your front fork dropout is bent.
