Pacific Northwest - Themed rides in Bellingham?

My sister in Eugene, OR put up a bunch of pictures of her weekend Tweed Ride. I think that's awesome. I looked on the Mount Baker Cycle Club page, but the only social ride up here seems to be the Saturday recumbent ride. Wonder if anyone else is doing social rides up here? Bham seems just the type of place that would like a light-hearted activity like this.

I've never seen or heard of a tweed ride in Bellingham, but its not beyond the scope of 'hamsters to do something like this. Closest thing are ally cat scavenger hunts that "the hub" occasionally organizes.

Great news, thanks! I'll try and spread the word...and gather more tweed.

There's also a Tweed Ride Bellingham group. Facebook search is confusing enough, maybe you guys should cross-post on each other's walls?
