I need to install a new reservoir cap and bladder, I already destroyed one bladder while trying to get them together. Does anyone know of a good way to get the nipple on the bladder thru the tiny hole on the reservoir cap without destroying it? Is there a place where I can buy them already assembled?

new caps come with the bladder already installed. as you found out its not advised to removed the bladders from the cap. your best bet is the lube the nipple with dot fluid and put it in.

Thats good to know, all the pictures on the net showed them separate so I wasn't sure. thanks for your input. This time i'll try to be a little more patient
