What a stupid question.

The Jets are the Team of Destiny.

The Jets are the Team of Destiny.

That was in Joe Willie's day. As for this season, they've won their last game.

I have to go with the homer Colts vote. The only team left that scares me is the Saints.

Caldwell took a lot of heat, but his move could end up looking brilliant. Let the Jets in to do your dirty work (beat the Chargers), then show them the door.

Random useless fact: last time the Super Bowl was in Miami the Colts won.

Broncos vs. Tampa! Denver by 8.5

I've heard that before.

I pick the Vikes because I'm a fan but once they do make the Super Bowl, I'll be concerned because it's on natural turf. As for this week, I'd take those points they're giving.

This is my first poll, suppose I could have assigned the proper colors.

I'm thinking it's more like a Cinderella story. I go with the Jets too.

I'm hoping the Jets continue the trend that the Giants and Steelers have started.. So far it's a mirror image..

The schedule has Favre as a lock to win it all. Maybe he'll finally retire for good...same as with Elway in '97. The Vikes will finally have something to dust in the trophy case they built in 1961.

gotta go with the jets. they have the best uniforms out of the remaining teams. dear god, anyone but favre & minnesota!
if the guy wins, he'll be pulling his annual "definitely maybe" crapola for the next 5 years.

I pick

NO...fun team to watch
NYJ...cinderella...not sure how true that is, I think the favre storey is more so...but NYJ is a rock em sock em football team so I appreciate them
Min...I like favre...I don't hate min...and they are fun to watch

I pick against, 1 team...

Indy...got I hate manning...something about him irks me, maybe its the good ole boy feel. I doubt it, I know a couple good ole boys....but something annoy me greatly...I am an anti bandwagoner

Football is much more fun when underdog teams like the Jets, Giants and Steelers go all the way. It does remind all the idiot NFL 'experts' that you do have to play the games.

experts ...like Mr Roto (Matthew Berry)? Adjust your FF lineup using his advice and you're sure to tank.

Although now that SD and Dallas are out there aren't any teams left that I have a strong dislike of.

These Jets fans don't truly believe their team is going to win. They just can't be honest about it. They can't help it.

Come on folks, get the votes in so we can ridicule you after it's over. Who knows, a few missed field goals and maybe even your team can win.

Eve of the games. I'm trolling for more Viking support. Just pick somebody football fan or not. If you're already sick of "Pants on the Ground" though, you may want someone besides Minnesota.

I'm pretty happy with the Vikings season too. They don't need to impress me further.

I'd be jazzed to see a NO vs NYJ game :)

27 votes....pretty weak. Can't say I'm surprised. Everybody's riding instead of sitting in front of the TV on Sundays.

I was watching a rebroadcast of Superbowl III last night.

It was very refreshing being reminded that actually making a play did not require a dance, strut or holiday declaration.

Go Colts. Waiting 2 weeks for the Super Bowl is never fun. Here's hoping history repeats itself in Miami.

I'm programming my DVR to record the Who Halftime show and the ETrade baby TV spots.

I mean, who cares about the stupid game now? Peyton Manning. Please. Is there any more team more mind blowingly boring than the Indianapolis friggin Colts?

Actually, yeah... Detroit Lions, Chicago Bears, Oakland Raiders, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Buffalo Bills, Houston Texans, New York Giants, Seattle Seahawks, Cleveland Browns, Washington Redskins, Jacksonville Jaguars, S.F. 49ers, Baltimore Ravens, and - oh - almost forgot - the New Jersey Jets. :D

They could win 9 Super Bowls and they would remain boring.
