I got an email about another Twilight ride at LS, 4:30-6:30. Anybody planning on going, weather permitting?

My work is slow this week, but the damn rain stopped me from finally making it.
Weather & work permitting, if there was a way to get into the carpool lanes I'm hella in. I can leave from Santa Clara.

Just a ride. Come on down!
UD, yes, near Monterey.
pelikan, do you work down in SC? We should be able to put at least one carpool together.

Yeah, can't do rides that early during a week. Specially considering it's at least an hour drive there. Speaking of rides, JL want to do a ride on Sunday through local hills?

Jeff, technically my office in SC..I just choose to work home 9/10 work days in SF. Doesn't hurt to hang and get some extra face time. "Hey boss, remember me???"

Sunday I'm spending my get-out-of-the-house credit for the Early Bird in the afternoon, so can't do a morning ride. Are you coming out for the EB?

JL, where did you get the schedule for the 1/27 ride? the Laguna Seca Twilight ride http://www.mazdaraceway.com/pages/bike_ride says 1/20, then 2/17. Is there an update somewhere else? Hate to go down there and not be able to ride

I got an email saying the 1/20 ride was moved to 1/27 because of weather. I didn't even know these were going on, and I don't know why I'm on that email list -- maybe because I did Sea Otter last year? Anyway, it sounds like fun if it's dry.
EDIT: I dug up the message, and it was actually forwarded by the NCNCA list. Here's the info:
Due to inclement weather, the first Twilight Ride scheduled for January 20 will be rescheduled for Wednesday January 27th at 4:30 p.m.
Cyclists may call the main office at (831) 242-8201 for further information.

It's supposed to be family friendly, so you could bring the kiddies. Although I can't imagine the corkscrew is very kid friendly for kids riding their own bikes. Tag-along or trailers, maybe.
