Purchased my first real road bike, 2010 Specialized Roubaix Elite Compact. Live in MA so not the best time to ride but we had a break in the weather last weekend and I got out for about 18 miles. What I difference from my Crosstrail Hybrid. I had my LBS do the bike fitting for me and that definitely makes a difference especially for me being a novice. the ride was tough with my winter legs so i bought a Kinetic trainer and put my old bike on it in the basement. Want to be ready for a big spring. Hope to post some pics soon!
