this is hilarious, makes me wish I was closer to Texas!

9. Wetsuits will not be allowed. It's Texas. The water is warm! All athletes must wear a swimsuit. Nudity at this race is a 4-hour penalty or lunch with David Hasselhof

I live in Dallas and have done this Tri the past 3 years. Good times....especially the live band afterwards.

STALKER!!! i too have done this Tri the last 3 years!!! crazy. the one thing i LOOOOOVE about this event is that they run a free practice race the weekend before the race. the main organizer guy does a swim clinic first thing in the morning and then you get to swim the actual swim course. they have 3 different bike groups (slow, medium, fast) and you get to group ride the whole bike course and run the whole run course. kinda cool and was a great thing for me 3 yrs ago when i was first starting tris. and they also do transition clinic and answer any questions you might have. pretty cool for noobs

He also does the same clinic and pre-race ride/run for the Texas Man Triathlon.

You can say his name --- Tom Ryan. The organisation that puts on the event is Dallas Athletes Racing aka Dallas Sports University. The Disco Tri is way out in the country with the start/finish at a Texas State Park. A very fun event put on by a fun bunch of people.
