They will be so far behind by half time that they'll be playing the Colts' second string again.

I drive by this guy's house last night, dark country road. This guy has a 25' high fieldstone retaining wall behind backyard. He has 20' high J E T S letters in green lights on the wall, green floodlights and green lights on a tree in his front yard in tribute to the Jets.

It was utterly awesome. I have to get over there and take a picture.

My sister thinks I should be torn between the Jets and Colts, since I grew up in Indy and now live on LI. I have bad news for her...

Here's to hoping the JETS do it one more time.

Okay, I have decided that I am going to put my preference up to bid. Just to establish the value, I used to be a fan of the Bills during the Jim Kelly years, and wanted them to win. To my knowledge, no team has won the Superbowl that I wished to win it. :p

So, who do you want me to select for the kiss of death, and how much are you offering me? :D

Being from Buffalo, I pretty much hate the other AFC East clubs. But... the Jets are okay. And I love Rex Ryan's style. I like what he said about Cincy after the last regular season game but before their playoff game- something like, "We whooped them. We know we whooped them and they know we whooped them. And we can do it again."

(and the Bills have Chan Gailey to look forward to. Meh.)

In other words, if you add up their winnings for two years, they just might make the playoffs?

What are you talking about? The Jets were one game from the Super Bowl until two hours ago. How many other teams can say that in the NFL? Oh, that's right, 3 others. The other teams were all playing golf weeks ago.

The Jets exceeded all expectations. They played the Colts tough for half the game. The difference was the Colts defense, which mostly stuffed the Jets running game. That put the Jets D on the field for too many minutes and Manning picked them apart.

Gomer Pyle adjusted well to the blitzing. I tip my hat to him.

I hear Pat Robertson said Pierre Garcon made a deal w/ the devil.. He played lights out..

Doesn't matter now.

Congrats NFL, you got your desired superbowl matchup. For the first time ever I'm rooting for the Colts. Don't care for either team from the nfc championship matchup, but liked the vikings a little bit more than the Saints.
