I recently aquired it and can't figure it out - suspension linkage or something?

The bolts go through bearings.

Actually I think it's my ghetto home made desk that is held together by 6 screws and some gorilla tape.

Looks like a floater disc mount. That would explain the Heim end. See if it's 51mm between the other two bolt holes.

Oh, wait, I see the bearings now. Hmmm . . . some sort of linkage dogbone maybe.

Would a linkage dogbone have a Heim end?

Could if it had an adjustable rod that drove a rocker.
