I got the three I have from Nashbar.
I have only tested tho, never had to fix a flat while out on a ride.
Great I have just jixed myself, flats galore to come. :D

Highly recommended - uses 12 or 16, threaded or non-threaded. I use the Walmart cartridges too - funny - friend of mine picked some up and they asked him if he was 18 years old.

Ditto that.
BTW...Use the Forum's Search feature and you'll find this has been discussed, at length, several times.

I use the second wind model, gives you a standard pump that lets you put a little air in the tube for installation. I then pump the tire up a bit with that then give it the CO2. I doubt the pump would be much good without the CO2, but it's better than no CO2 and no pump :D

Innovations Superflate. Works great with the 25 for $8 cartridges from Wally-World.
Got mine off the bay

remember you may need a washer or spacer in it to get the cartridges to puncture right.

wait, y'all like 'em?
Maybe it's what I'm using, but I typically get 90psi out of a cartridge which, for me, is only enough to limp home on, instead of riding out the day. 90 just seems flat compared to 115 (typical psi on my wheels).
If 90 is good for you, cool! But I have a fat ass.
I like my Topeak Roadmaster pump.

same cartridge used in air guns :)

Well, use the 16 gram size then. That will give you plenty of psi.

I know that - just thought it was funny that Walmart would have a problem selling them to a 17 year old who wanted them for his/her CO2 bike pump!
