Advocacy & Safety - Oregon has Pedal Power... What does your state have?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

Pedal Power (http://www.stc-law.com/pdf/PP6thEdition.pdf) is a book written by the prominent bike injury attorney, Ray Thomas, here in Oregon. It has several articles about what to do if..., and a nice and tidy way of accessing all of Oregon State Bike Laws (as well as local city laws), plus many of the ones that concern motor vehicles and how they are supposed to interact with people on bikes.

So, is there any such resource for your state? (Edit: Such as a link to a .pdf document)

We have John Forester.

He lives in my state, in fact close to my town. He doesn't exactly advocate for cyclists... he advocates for certain cyclists to ride in a certain manner...

Indiana has TWO things:

The Ronald Repka Foundation, an advocacy group started by his widow, after he was killed in traffic.
A slack-jawed, vacant stare on too many faces.

I don't know about Florida (where I live)...

But I do visit FloridaBicycle.org and CommuteOrlando.com (blog section).
