Anybody know about titanium road frames from the 70's. The particular one I am considering is a lugged fuji titanium frame. Are these any good?

Old Titanium frames are made of so called "Commercial grade" which is 100% Titanium and not as strong as Titanium alloy. Titanium alloys are usually described in something like 3.5/2.5 or 6/4 which indicates the amount of other metals such as Aluminum and Molybdenum. I got this information from a local bike shop owner long time ago. Maybe you can get updated information from other members.
