They used to be the normal full width but changed suddenly and won't appear any other way. I have gone to settings> forum settings> and in 'miscellaneous options' tried advanced interface, basic editor and standard editor.
When I'm posting to a thread I select 'advanced' mode and in preview the post looks normal, but then when I hit submit it goes up as a tall narrow post.
With the wysiwyg editor option the post is also tall and narrow and I can't find a way of getting it wide. There certainly is a good chance that I'm just overlooking something, so hope someone can point that out to me if I am.
Oh well, I'm used to it. My whole life is like that. (sigh)
best wishes,
lloyd
PS I just previewed this post and it looks full page width. One more test coming right up.
Edit: It appeared 45 characters wide, I edited it to correct a spelling, than saved it and finally got a normal looking post. So I added this and will see what happens now.
