The fantom 29 is complete at least in some sense of how I would like my bike.
Alternatively, I was thinking about getting the 09' Motobecane Outcast 29, which has no disc brakes (dont really care), and no suspension fork.

I definitely would want to upgrade the suspension fork. Is this plausible at a decent price (no more than $250)?
