Commuting - My riding days in China are done for the next 2 months

I just went to the doctor today after climbing that mountain here In China. My left wrist and right foot was hurting something fierce. Doctor took some X-rays,and my left wrist is broken and so is my right foot. I had a really bad fall playing basketball in November and never went to see a doctor(afraid of them) After almost 2 months since I fell, she had to yank and pull and twist both my wrist and foot to get them in the right position for healing. I can't remember such intense pain before as this little procedure was being performed on me.:yikes: So I was informed that under no circumstance was I to ride my new bike for at least 2 months. After the excruciating pain at the doctors, I was feeling a little better about my performance riding my bike for 18-20 miles at a time. With my bike being a flat handlebar machine, and riding her with my broken wrist, I can only imagine how I will feel riding her after I am healed

Aww, that sucks! :( I hope you obey the doctor's orders and heal quickly and thoroughly. Let us know when you get back on the bike. ;)

I' m amazed that you could ride that far and that hard with a broken foot AND a broken wrist! Heal up fast. You are one tough MoFo!!
