I have got my several years old ECG 5 HRM out for use and put a new battery in. The unit works, but for the life of me, i can't remember how to operate the functions! and I can't find the instruction manual.
Does anyone have any idea where to find instructions? The company seems to no longer exist. I have done many Googles for information, but have yet to find anything.

I just replaced the battery in mine and had to reset it. You probably figured out how to do the time... most of the rest is similar: go to the area you want to change, press and hold the button on the face to enter the setup options. I'll dig out the manual to help more... maybe I can scan and post it.
