For the last month the computer has been messing me about a bit. Not serious but enough to say that it was a problem to sort out. Finished up being the mouse was on its way out so up into the loft and find the box of old computer gear. Found three and grabbed hold of one and the computer is fine now.

This made me think about the bikes. I have been riding the MTB recently and it has a niggle. The rear brake cable- just as it goes into the noodle- has a bend on it that just catches the thigh as it passes. Doesn't affect the riding but a couple of hours of that and I am adjusting my riding style. The rear brake lever had a bit of a long pull on it so I adjusted up the cable. Then found out that the rear wheel has a wobble- so it shows how long it has been since I last rode the MTB in earnest. That wobble must be why I adjusted the cable to stop it catching.

So some work to do on the MTB but how about the others? These long evenings are getting boring now so tonight I pulled the OCR in for checking in the kitchen. Reckon it will take me a couple of nights to put this thing right. Both wheels are out of true- Brake blocks are not lining up properly on the rims- Have rust on a gear cable so might aswell change all the cables and on top of that it is filthy. By the time I have got it running right it should be the weekend so I'll ride Boreas this weekend before it gets the same treatment in the evenings next week.

That'll be two down and only 3 more to go. Then I'll start on the bikes I don't ride.
