Hi,just wanted to say hi. My name is Nick and I live in Welland Ontario Canada. I've been riding fairly seriously for a couple of years now.I belong to the Niagara Freewheelers Bike Club based in St.Catharines Ontario. I used to be a runner until I had hip replacement surgery. After the surgery I didn't do much physically for about 10 years. But now that I've been biking I can't understand how I missed out on all this fun for so long. I'll be 68 in March and I hope to be biking for at least another 20 years. Oh,by the way,Welland is about 15 miles west of Niagara Falls.
