Commuting - Started a Blog about Commuting to Work!

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

This is great that you are putting content out there to involve the non-English speakers. Unfortunately I'm an English-only slug like vaticdart. I will link to your blog from my commuting blog though. Good job.

Would you please stress to the Latino community that in USA the correct way of riding a bike is with the traffic, not against it? It seems to me that in NY every Latino (Chinese too, by the way) rides against the traffic. This is unsafe and irritating as hell.

I dont think this has anything related to culture or race, i think its mostly an educational issue, and i would bet that abitual counterflowers dont use the internet. People who counterflow, are thinking like pedestrians "have traffic in front of you". Its your local government resposibility to educate cyclist.
Today i plan to face a stereotype at the convention center... i want to stop stereotyping ROADIES! but they make it difficult! lol thats why ill do my best at "shut up and pedal" tonight. =-)
thanx for the support guys!

Why deprive yourself?
Here is a test: Try to stop breathing. Just take your mind off of it. Just a little discomfort....errrr.....ERRRRR...*pass out*......hhhhuuuuUUUUU, uuuuuuuhhhhhh, hhhuuuUUUUU, uuuuuuhhhh....catching my breath....almost......ahhhhhhHHHHH!
Now, you have had more success living without oxygen than you will ever have not making fun of roadies. Just give in to the dark side and have some fun with it! I say it is impossible anyway.

High-class post right here.
AdamDZ since you appear to be a white guy, would you stress to the white community that in the USA the correct way of riding a bike is with the traffic, not against it? Thanks in advance.
