Hello. I've been checking out new, cheap frames and I've owned a Kilo TT and a Windsor Hour. I didn't like the feel of the Kilo too much, and The Hour felt a little too relaxed for me. I was wondering if the Bike Island Jury frame was somewhere in between in terms of "track" and "road" geometry. I don't know how to read the geometry charts. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
