Not sure if this is the right forum to post this but since I'm in this age group thought it worth it to start here anyway. This is my '07 CAAD9 3 (originally largely Shimano 105) rebuilt with SRAM Rival group except for Ultegra chain & cassette, Thomson stem & seat post, Ritchey WCS Logic II bars, Reynolds Solitude wheels with Conti GP4000 tires. Original weight just under 19 lbs; as shown here just under 17.5 lbs. Now if I could just improve the motor, things would be great!

Now that I've seen your bike, I think I like the Rival in black better than the original silver. Good looking bike.

I have silver Shimano on my 2009 Cannondale and think the black would look so much better.
It is weird though because on the OP's bike I feel silver cranks would look good, something about all the lettering it seems the silver would look good with that, I dunno though. All personal preference
