I have an orange '77 Paramount road racer and I am trying to decide whether to repaint it or not. The paint on the frame is in pretty good shape -- some nicks here and there but nothing serious. The fork has some pretty major flaking though. It has some very funky decals that I like very much, though Waterford says they can probably replace them if they repaint the frame. So I am struggling with whether I should just patch up the fork and ride it as is or take the plunge and repaint. Pros? Cons? Fire away...
