I looked on the uci site and couldn't find cyclocross rules only the rules that had changed from last year to this year. I know that bar ends are illegal, I've heard that disc brakes are illegal. Anyone know where to find rules? or any other equipment regulations?
I'm a road racer, used to be cross country runner and cyclocross has all the great aspects of cross country racing, neat courses foul weather (including snow). Too bad I'm going to be spending all my money on a road racing bike.

on the UCI website, I would also suggest looking at your national regs
Yeah, that's what I read, hasn't got anything dealing with equipment regulations in there.
sorry, was point to this on another forum, not sure about the cyclo-cross specific bits
Try looking at the UCI regulations - http://62.50.72.82/imgArchive/AboutUCI/A1gene04.pdf. The bit you want is in chapter 3, section 2.
