What do you make of this? I know it has some wacky parts that could be changed out but is it a good deal or just possibly a good rider?

Its not a mixte. Cottered crank drop bar bike. Probably has steel rims, I can't tell. Bike is well presented, so he will probably get someone to pay that price. Myself, for $200, I would hold out for a mixte.

A mixte will have three pairs of stays, and preferably a split top rail.
