Built my first fixed gear bicycle a few weeks ago. The simplicity was the major draw for me. I love it. As I get together some money I'll get a real track hub, but the locktite/lockring combo is holding fine (and I check it before every ride).

48t x 18t, 27" tires, 170mm cranks.

This was taken after a long ride without a bag - hence the pump and wedge pack.

The frame is a Claridge and is ~63 cm seat tube, 52 cm top tube. I'm 5' 10" so this frame is a bit big for me.
