I'm short and fairly slender. Most road shorts are a little long and tend to be a little baggy. I wear a medium size. Has anyone found a short with legs that may be a little shorter and tighter?

The performance shorts seem to be a little shorter and tighter on me than some other brands. I have a 32 inch waist and wear a medium and the performance shorts are smaller than my PIs plus the sunburn on my leg from Sunday's ride indicate they are a little shorter.
