First picture is tilted, second picture is flat. Seems like the same geo to me.

No. They are all different. Even of the same frame size. Me and a buddy both have 57's and his looks like a funky-awesome track bike and mine looks like a chopper.

Hopefully Mr. Bikesdirect can pop in and give us the full answer.

lol.. different forks, maybe different sized tires (and on different wheelsets, which makes them visually different), and rear tire clearance is affected gear ratio (due to chain length and where they mount on the dropouts).

Probably different amounts of fork rake, but I doubt the geometry of the frames are different. Its cheaper to make the exact same cookie cutter frame over and over again. Why would they vary the geometry?

However, I have long doubted the posted geometry charts for several of the BD fixed gear offerings. Some of them just seem too weird to be true or they appear to be off compared to the bikes themselves.

The bike in the second picture has the front wheel turned...Straighten the bars and the geo will look the same

There are definitely different amounts of fork rake. I've compared mine side by side with a few others and it's pretty noticeable.

The front triangle looks wider in the bottom picture, but maybe it's just me.

the bottom picture was also shot with a wide angle lens. there is a bit of distortion evident, the bike is probably slightly bowed from it.

Why not just ask mike? Too easy?
