What's up. My story is short. I rode mountain bikes religiously in my 20's. I got older and quit, got married, had a son and well when do I have time w/all that and work. Boo Hoo. My wife this year decided she wants to be a runner. She's been running for 1 month now and already signed up for 4 races this year. There was a short track series here in Louisville last year and I think they are going to do it again and I have decided I want to race in the 5 races this year. Can't wait. From YOU, I need advice and motivation. Bring it on! Thanks in advance!
