Pacific Northwest - Your favorite seattle-area century?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

I'm still pretty new to the area. I'd like to get in a century before February is over. Any suggestions for a nice 100 mile day leaving from Seattle?

Check out the Seattle Bicycle Club Maps Library at http://www.seattlebiketours.org/members/library.html. (http://www.seattlebiketours.org/members/library.html) They have a whole bunch of rides from short to long. I like the south county rides myself, but that's where I live. For the ones less than 100, you can usually pretty easily add some at the beginning or end. For example, when I did the loop around the lake, I added some at both the front and back to come to a full century.

Second checking out www.cascade.org for group rides. You can also browse rides people have mapped at places like www.veloroutes.org , www.bikely.com , and www.mapmyride.com . I'm sure there's more out there, but I've used those 3 in the past.
