As of my current knowledge, I regularly lube my chain and pump my tires to the correct PSI upon every ride. I also understand anything threaded should be greased before threading. (ex. Pedals)

I also understand that I should check my cables for stretch and tighten it when it does stretch.

I understand that limits on deraillers are to align the highs and lows of the crank and the rear sprockets.

I understand to tune the deraillers using barrel adjuster.

Now to my main question when should I do other maintenance, like example when should I grease my bottom bracket bearings? When should I grease hubs? What other component do I have to maintenance? I want to keep my bike to at close to one hundred percent as possible, So it stays riding for many years. Help Fellas.

Threaded parts need antiseize lube though grease is better than nothing.

Every few weeks take a look at your brake pads, use something sharp to dig out any flecks of metal you see in them. Cleaning off your rims with a scotchbrite pad isn't a bad idea once in a while. Please make sure that anything you use on your rims gets cleaned off completely. Oh and if you haven't cleaned your rims in a while be careful the first time you use them after cleaning, they can be MUCH better.

I would repack the grease in hubs and BB... maybe every couple of years, depending on what sorts of conditions you ride in.
MTB: 6~12months
road: 18~24 mo.
all weather commuter: 12~18 mo.
winter bike: 2~4 mo. or at the end of the season.

I do cup and cone bearings every 2500 to 3000 miles. Radial bearings should get the same maintaince or be ridden until they fail and be replaced.
