1) Try to write in legible english.
2) I'm pretty sure that it's pretty normal to have the saddle higher than the handle bars.
3) If it hasn't gone away for this long, and if it is that painful, maybe see a doc?

We're in the practice of speaking English on this board, not IM'ish. Please take a little time and at least ATTEMPT to spell correctly instead of using time saving shortcuts that are meaningless when people read the message 24hours after you type it. After a while, you might find that such skills may help you in career endeavours.

Now regarding your talibone. Most people get lower back pain from bumpy cycling, not a tailbone pain. I'm going to guess that you fell one day and landed on it. If your seat is pointed too far forwards, it may actually be rubbing against your tailbone and aggravating it.

Try moving the nose of your saddle up. You might also try a suspension seatpost (on a hardtail) to minimize the amount of shock your backside is getting. If it doesn't get any better, take it to the doctor.

Why were you riding with your saddle up "much higher so it is uncomfortable"?

WELL YOU LOT ARE REALLY SARCASTIC YOU KNOW. THANKS FOR NO HELP AT ALL. THIS IS THE LAST TIME IM COMING HERE.
MY SADDLE WAS UNCOMFORTABLY HIGH BECAUSE IT WAS AN OLD BIKE I WAS USING THAT HAD DAMAGED HEADS ON SO YOU COULD NOT HIGHER IT. NEVER MIND ANY WAY. THANKS AGAIN (for jack ****).

Someone had a temper tantrum. Dude, if you want us to help speak english and we can understand you. Your last post was the best of all you've said in this post and it was wasted. Jeez.

morby14: If you still post here this is my thoughts. I have had the same problem. I'm kind of confused. (I was able to read your post because I spend a lot of time online and have learned many of the short cuts. Don't listen to the @$$holes on here) how long has the pain been there after you finished the ride.

I just had a long uphill ride on my FS Haro and there is no SPV damping so i'm required to sit down the whole time. My tailbone was in so much pain at one point I decided it would be easier on my body to stand and work against the shock bob. My tailbone was killing me for a little while. 4-5 hours about. But I just took it easy and sat one some very comfortable leather furniture I have around the house and the pain went away.

If the pain doesn't stop, go see the doc. He'll deffinatly be able to help you out. But seriously I would consider getting a new seat. My friend has this nice gel seat it is the most comfortable bike saddle i've ever riden on.

thanks mate for a good reply. i spoke like that because in other forums i talk like that because every body does! my pain isnt going away. i would get a gel seat but you know it doesn't look that "trendy" with a nice mountain bike lol! ok thanks again for a nice reply.

No problem man. Yeah I guess a gel seat wouldn't look to "trend" but don't be a follower be a leader. But think of it this way. w/ gel seat = Still able to bike, w/o gel seat = Can't bike. If thats how it is. Who cares how it looks. Plus i'm sure you can find one thats still looks wicked nice but is comfortable as hell.
