Why would a group of cyclists want to fill out a survey about how much the would pay for a luxuary car pool?

Most cyclists (myself included) like to find alternative means of transportation.
Sorry if I wasted 2 minutes of your time...

Me, I'm just moving this (from General Cycling) to Manufacturer, Retailer, Survey etc forum. That's where all the surveys, student projects etc. go as per the description.

Taken. However, polling cyclists about stuff like that doesn't necessarily give you a representative sample of the population, either, so the results may not be too meaningful.

For what it's worth, our church uses limousines to pick up several people that don't drive (typically elderly). We could use small buses or vans, but the people that don't drive tend to be the same ones that have trouble climbing up into an SUV or other higher vehicle. The limousines are old funeral-home limos. Prestigious funeral homes buy them new, sell them to smaller funeral homes when they get older, when they get too worn for the smaller funeral homes, there is just about zero demand for them, which drops the price down to just about nothing.

It's a school project. I think the idea is to collect data and analyze it despite its seemingly useless context.
