For anyone considering taking apart a Sturmey 3 speed hub, but thinking it might be difficult (that'd be me :rolleyes:) there's a strip and rebuild vid on youtube put up by a helpful Soul from the UK CTC (Cycle Touring Club) vid here;

It's a good video. To enhance it, I'd like it if they included closeup shots of some of the pieces and explained where to look for wear.
