Bicycle Mechanics - Mavis Cosmic Elite Hubs - Any Maintenance Required?

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.
I belive these are sealed bearing hubs, correct? Is there anything I should do in terms of maintenance on them? No issues, just thinking about preventative measures.
Mavic Cosmic Elite wheels have FTS-L rear hubs, and these hubs need regular maintenance. Go on the Mavic website or Youtube to see how to maintain a Mavic FTS-L rear hub. It is actually very easy.
The maintenance consists of cleaning and lubing the freehub body.
After looking at the hubs, they are an older version (probably 2000-2001 vintage). I don't believe they are the FTS-L hubs. So, the question stands ... what kind of maintenance is required/can I do on these?
Thanks!

No different than what you'd do with any cartridge hub. Ride it until there's unacceptable/unadjustable play or the bearings seize. You can try doing preventative maintenance by "overhauling" the hub and ensuring there's adequate grease when putting the hub back together - this will prevent the "oh my god parts of my hub is seized" threads when you do go to change the bearings.
This is more important if you're riding in frequent snow/slush/rain/dirty conditions.
